Euro Pizza was founded in 2005 by Thierry and Valerie de Roch in Palm Harbor, a subdivision of Rockport, Texas.  The official first day of business was August 28, 2005.

The idea for Euro Pizza came out of a personal need.   At the time, no one delivered in the Palm Harbor subdivision area of Rockport.  The need to fulfill that niche was obvious.   However, the population (or lack there of) in that area was the driving factor for Euro Pizza to be a mobile kitchen rather than an brick and mortar establishment.

With marketing expertise from Valerie de Roch and restaurant expertise from husband Thierry, the concept went into effect relatively smoothly. 

Not knowing much about pizza at the time, Valerie designed the menu based on what she thought she would like to see on a pizza.  Her question was always "What sounds good on this pizza?".  Choosing the main ingredients such as the dough, the sauce and the cheese did not take any effort.  Nothing but the very best of ingredients could be used.
